Marcia Binder Ibrahim, Esq., earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1979. She is the founding member and senior attorney of the Law Office of Marcia Binder Ibrahim, LLC, which celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2020. Ms. Ibrahim primarily practices in the areas of immigration and family law. She has over thirty-five years of experience and has handled the most complex immigration and family law cases.
Ms. Ibrahim is a co-chair of the Montgomery Bar Association Immigration Committee and has served on the Family Law Committee for many years. Ms. Ibrahim has been a featured speaker at several conferences, including the Montgomery Bar Association Toby Dickman Seminar where she spoke with Superior Court Judge Susan Gantman on the impact of the Love case, the Montgomery Bar Association Family Law Section where she spoke on issues regarding the intersection of family and immigration law, and several Montgomery Bar Association CLE conferences where she has spoken on issues dealing with family and immigration law. Additionally, Ms. Ibrahim was recently honored by the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association for her twenty eight years of membership.
Previously, Ms. Ibrahim has served on the Montgomery Bar Association Board of Directors, as chairman of the General Practice committee, and as editor of the Montgomery County General Practice Manual, for which she wrote on family law procedures. She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Second and Third Circuit Courts, and the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Through her work and family associations, Ms. Ibrahim has traveled abroad extensively, becoming familiar with and understanding many cultures.
Vishal Dobaria, Esq., is an experienced attorney with over a decade of experience practicing law. Currently he serves as the firm’s Managing Attorney, Vishal specializes in the areas of immigration, business, real estate and family law.
Throughout his career, Vishal has been instrumental in helping clients with immigration matters, and handling immigrant and non-immigrant visa and naturalization applications, petitions, and qualifications. Additionally, Vishal prepares clients for their interviews and the approval process.
Vishal's professional journey includes roles as a solo practitioner and tenure at a prominent global law firm in Philadelphia, PA. Prior to his current position, he gained extensive experience at firms of varying sizes, focusing on immigration, business transactions, real estate, and family law.
The practice also focuses on negotiation of various business, commercial, and real estate agreements and contracts, including asset sale and purchase agreements; share sale and transfer agreements; operating and shareholder agreements; confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements; professional services and employment agreements; commercial leases and equipment leases. Vishal has also worked as a lead attorney at large law firm where he managed portfolio of residential and commercial real estate titles for 18 states demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of real estate title matters. His expertise extends to being a trusted advisor on acquisitions, real estate transactions and various forms of business entities. He is experienced in all aspects of real estate title and related matters.
Vishal received his Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University, his Master’s Degree from Saint Joseph’s University and his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School. As Vishal was raised in Montgomery County and continues to make it his home, he is committed to the community and is an avid sports fan. He is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati and a prominent figure within the area.
