Marcia Binder Ibrahim, Esq., earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1979. She is the founding member and senior attorney of the Law Office of Marcia Binder Ibrahim, LLC, which celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2020. Ms. Ibrahim primarily practices in the areas of immigration and family law. She has over thirty-five years of experience and has handled the most complex immigration and family law cases.
Ms. Ibrahim is a co-chair of the Montgomery Bar Association Immigration Committee and has served on the Family Law Committee for many years. Ms. Ibrahim has been a featured speaker at several conferences, including the Montgomery Bar Association Toby Dickman Seminar where she spoke with Superior Court Judge Susan Gantman on the impact of the Love case, the Montgomery Bar Association Family Law Section where she spoke on issues regarding the intersection of family and immigration law, and several Montgomery Bar Association CLE conferences where she has spoken on issues dealing with family and immigration law. Additionally, Ms. Ibrahim was recently honored by the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association for her twenty eight years of membership.
Previously, Ms. Ibrahim has served on the Montgomery Bar Association Board of Directors, as chairman of the General Practice committee, and as editor of the Montgomery County General Practice Manual, for which she wrote on family law procedures. She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Second and Third Circuit Courts, and the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Through her work and family associations, Ms. Ibrahim has traveled abroad extensively, becoming familiar with and understanding many cultures.

Mr. Bevan is the supervising attorney at the Law Office of Marcia Binder Ibrahim, LLC. He has worked at the office since 2011. A member in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar, Mr. Bevan focuses his practice on immigration law and handles matters before federal immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Administrative Appeals Office, federal district courts (habeas, mandamus, declarations), federal circuit courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court. In 2020, Mr. Bevan received an acknowledgement from the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit for his pro bono work. Mr. Bevan volunteers his time with CLINIC's BIA Pro Bono Project.
Besides removal defense, Mr. Bevan handles affirmative applications and petitions before USCIS including naturalization, adjustment of status, VAWA petitions, Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) petitions, fiance visas (K-1), asylum applications, temporary proetected status (TPS), business visas (EB, E, O, P), religious visas (R), DACA, to name the most common.
Mr. Bevan holds a juris doctor from Drexel University, a master's in Middle East Studies from the American University of Beirut, and a bachelor's in history from Connecticut College. He is a proud graduate of Central High School of Philadelphia (class of 255) where he earned a bachelor's degree.
